AI Solutions: Practical AI for the work that slows your team down.
We find the repetitive work slowing your team down, automate it with AI and the tools you already use, and keep people in charge of every decision that matters.
In plain terms
What are AI solutions for business?
AI solutions are software systems that use AI models to read, classify, summarise, draft or decide within a defined business process — for example qualifying leads, answering customer questions from your own knowledge base, or preparing reports. Witty designs these systems around a specific workflow, connects them to your tools, and keeps people in charge of the decisions that matter.
Most businesses do not need “an AI strategy”. They need fewer hours spent copying data between systems, faster replies to customers, and reports that write themselves. We find those opportunities, build the smallest useful version, measure it, and expand what works.

We use what we build
Our own AI agent audits websites — and a person signs off.
Inside Witty, a website-audit agent does the groundwork for prospect and client website reviews.
- 01 Opens key pages in a real browser and captures desktop and mobile screenshots.
- 02 Runs technical, SEO and accessibility checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA).
- 03 Optionally drafts UX, content and conversion findings with Claude — each one must cite screenshot or quoted evidence, and is marked as inference.
- 04 Stops at a cost cap, saves everything, and waits for a person to review before anything reaches a client.
It is the same pattern we build for clients: useful autonomy, clear limits, human judgement at the end.
AI Opportunity Explorer
Where could AI save your team time?
Answer four quick questions. We’ll suggest the automation opportunities we’d look at first, with the systems involved and where a person stays in control.
Rules-based suggestions · not a live AI system · nothing leaves your browser
Your shortlist
Based on your answers, these are the automation opportunities we would look at first. They are starting points — we confirm what is feasible, and what it would take, in a workflow assessment.
Responsible by design
Guardrails come as standard
Human approval where it matters
Anything customer-facing, financial or irreversible goes to an approval queue by default.
Least-privilege access
Each system sees only the data it needs. Credentials stay server-side, never in the browser.
Logged and auditable
Every run is recorded — inputs, outputs and decisions — so mistakes are visible and correctable.
Honest with your customers
Visitors are told when they are talking to an AI, and can always reach a person.
Costs measured, not guessed
We estimate model usage up front and monitor it, so you can judge the return before scaling.
No magic promises
We do not promise guaranteed savings or fully autonomous operations. We measure and report what actually happens.
How an AI project runs
Small, measured, then scaled
- 01
Step 1: Opportunity assessment
We map your workflows, estimate time spent, and rank opportunities by value, risk and effort.
- 02
Step 2: Design with guardrails
We define inputs, outputs, data access, approval points and how errors are caught.
- 03
Step 3: Proof of concept
A small working version on your real data, measured against how the task is done today.
- 04
Step 4: Integrate & deploy
Connected to your tools with logging, access control and a clear owner on your team.
- 05
Step 5: Monitor & improve
We review accuracy, cost and adoption, tune prompts and rules, and expand to the next workflow.

FAQ
AI questions, answered plainly
What business tasks can AI realistically automate?
Tasks with clear inputs and a recognisable pattern: sorting and routing enquiries, extracting details from emails and documents, drafting replies and reports, summarising calls, updating CRM records and answering common questions from your own content. Tasks that need judgement, negotiation or accountability usually keep a person in the loop.
Will AI replace our staff?
That is not how we design systems. The goal is to remove repetitive work so your team spends time on customers and decisions. Every workflow we build has defined points where a person reviews, approves or takes over.
Is our data safe?
We choose providers and configurations based on your data’s sensitivity, limit what each system can access, keep credentials server-side, and log what the AI does. Where data cannot leave your environment, we discuss private or self-hosted options.
How much does an AI project cost?
An opportunity assessment is a short, fixed-scope engagement. A proof of concept is typically weeks, not months. Ongoing costs include AI model usage, which we estimate up front and monitor, so you can judge the return before scaling.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Some errors are inevitable with AI, so we design for them: confidence thresholds, validation rules, human review for high-impact steps, and an audit trail so mistakes are visible and correctable.
Do you build chatbots?
We build assistants that answer from your approved content and know when to hand over to a person. We avoid bots that guess, and we tell visitors clearly when they are talking to an AI.
Start with one workflow.
Book an AI workflow assessment. We’ll map where time goes, rank the opportunities by value and risk, and recommend a first project you can measure.
