What we collect
When you send an enquiry
Our project enquiry form asks for your name and email address (required), and optionally your company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, current website, the services you are interested in, a timeline, an approximate budget and a description of your project. We also record the page you sent it from and the time you agreed to this policy.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
When you email or call us
We keep the correspondence and contact details you share so we can reply and keep a record of our conversations.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you choose “Allow analytics” in our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure how people use the site — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. See our cookie policy.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. Our enquiry form also uses your IP address, in a hashed form, to limit repeated submissions.
Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we process enquiry information because you have asked us to respond (steps prior to a contract, and your consent), and server and security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business — for example our web hosting and email providers, and Google if you allow analytics — and only as needed to provide those services. Some of these providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask us at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the enquiry form includes spam protection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond.
