Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes. We start with a health check to understand how it was built and what needs attention before we take responsibility for it.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We test updates on a staging copy first. If something still goes wrong on the live site, we restore from the backup taken just before the change and fix the conflict.
Is hosting included?
